Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SignalPost handles information when you visit our website, create an account, manage contacts, or send email through the service.

Information we collect

We collect account and workspace details, authentication records, billing identifiers, support communications, configuration data, contact records uploaded by customers, campaign content, delivery events, device and security logs, and limited website preference data.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure SignalPost, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver messages, operate integrations, generate reporting, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Customer contact data

Customers control the contact data they upload. SignalPost processes that data on the customer’s instructions to provide the service. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, upload, segment, and message their contacts.

Service providers and transfers

We may use infrastructure, payment, email-delivery, analytics, security, and support providers that process information for us. We disclose only information reasonably necessary for those providers to perform their services, protect SignalPost, or satisfy law.

Retention

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, backups, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by data type. Customers should export needed data before closing an account.

Security

We use passwordless authentication, access controls, encrypted connections, operational monitoring, restricted administrative access, and backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account details, manage cookie preferences, export or delete workspace data where available, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights.
